We are seeking a highly experienced Senior React Developer to lead the architecture, design, and implementation of our cutting-edge, data-intensive single-page application (SPA). You will be responsible for the overall frontend structure, performance, state management, and seamless integration with complex backend microservices and specialized 3D/2D rendering components (Three.js/WebGL).
Frontend Architecture: Lead the architectural design and evolution of the React SPA, ensuring high performance, modularity, and maintainability across the large application surface.
Component Development: Design and develop reusable, high-quality React components and hooks, specializing in complex UI elements required for data annotation, workflow management, and analytics dashboards.
State Management Mastery: Define and manage complex application state, ensuring efficient data flow and synchronization between the core React components and the embedded Three.js/visualization components.
Performance & UX: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks within the React application, focusing on reducing rendering time, optimizing data fetching, and ensuring a fast, responsive user experience.
Integration Leadership: Lead the integration of the frontend with diverse backend APIs (REST, WebSockets) and collaborate closely with the Three.js developers to integrate the visualization canvas effectively within the React component tree.
Technical Leadership: Serve as a technical mentor for mid-level and junior developers, enforcing coding standards, conducting thorough code reviews, and driving best practices (e.g., modern accessibility, testing, documentation).
Testing: Oversee the implementation of comprehensive unit, integration, and E2E testing strategies for the frontend application using modern frameworks.
6–10 years of professional experience in frontend development, with at least 5 years focused exclusively on ReactJS.
Expert proficiency in modern React practices, including Hooks, Context API, and state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Mobx, Recoil).
Extensive experience architecting and building large-scale, data-intensive Single Page Applications (SPAs).
Deep understanding of browser rendering behavior, JavaScript performance optimization, and experience debugging complex frontend issues.
Strong experience consuming and integrating with backend APIs (REST and WebSockets) for real-time data synchronization.
Familiarity with integrating third-party libraries for specialized purposes, particularly graphics libraries like Three.js (including WebGL/WebGPU), within the React lifecycle.
Proficiency with modern frontend tooling (Webpack, Vite, TypeScript) and component libraries, testing stacks like Playwright and Cypress.
