Masters of the Artificially Intelligent Mind
AI is advancing, yet it still has a lot to learn.
Annotators tell AI how the world works and how we think.
They are AI’s masters. Ango Masters.
Labeling, for me, is teaching AI things.
I have felt part of the core team since the very beginning. There is no barrier whatsoever.
We do not crowdsource: all of our Masters are recruited on an invite-only, first degree basis after extensive assessments.
Because we know that 500 high quality labels are better than 5000 mediocre ones.

The events of 2020 and 2021 have distressed many, but especially young people looking for their first job.
We are then proud to say that the great majority of Ango Masters are university students and fresh graduates.
To provide them with employment from home, showing that AI is not only a technological but a social opportunity
as well, fills us with extreme delight.
If this opportunity had been available from my first year of university, I would have wanted to be a Master all the way from my first up until my last year.
The Right Task for the Right Person
Each and every Master’s cognitive strengths are assessed.
This way, Masters are assigned the tasks that are right for them.
This increases labeling speed, quality, and most importantly, the Master’s job satisfaction.
